Report reaching Star Radio says government has relaxed the dusk to dawn curfew imposed on Voinjama, Lofa County.

The curfew which was relaxed on Tuesday will now start from ten in the evening to six in the morning.

It was imposed following the violent incident in   Voinjama on February 26 which left four persons dead and property destroyed.

Our correspondent quotes Lofa Superintendent Galakpai Kortimai as saying the reduction in the curfew hours was due to improved security in Voinjama.

Superintendent Kortimai told our correspondent eleven persons have so far been arrested while others have been sent to court.

He said the curfew will finally be lifted when total calm returns to Voinjama.
