Grand Bassa Representative Gabriel Smith has called on citizens of the county to put aside their political differences and work together.

Representative Smith says whatever transpired among them during the 2005 elections should be put behind them.

Representative Smith spoke at the launching program of the Bassa branch of Fawe held in lower Hardlandsville.

The Grand Bassa lawmaker commended the authorities of Fawe for establishing a branch in the County.

Representative Smith says the presence of Fawe in the County would serve as a motivating factor for the women and girls who are eager to learn something.

He urged the women and girls to take advantage of the program to empower themselves.
