Some twenty Ghanaian nationals residing in Monrovia have accused the head of Chancery at the Ghanaian Embassy of brutally manhandling them.

A spokesman of the aggrieved Ghanaians said some officers of the Liberia National Police forcefully evicted them on orders of Mr. Peter Owusu-Manu.

Mr. Nana Bismarck said they have been living at the former Ghanaian Ambassador’s residence for more than six years.

Mr. Bismarck said several of his fellow Ghanaians got seriously wounded as a result of the forceful eviction.

The spokesman of the Ghanaians alleged they lost several properties including money.
