The Liberia National Police has cleared suspended Acting Deputy SSS Director Mark Jerodine of a charge of financial misapplication.

A Police Clearance Sheet dated March 1, said the police could not find probable cause to prosecute Mr. Jerodine.

Mr. Jerodine was suspended in January for allegedly misusing over three thousand United States Dollars.

The money was for security services including spraying of SSS vehicles and the construction of a booth in front of the president’s house.

The police clearance said its investigation found that the money was used for the intended purpose.
