Was it A Picture of US!

What happen the other day in Sinkor(11th Street) concerning a pregnant woman in her 20, is still pondering my heart that we are unsecure when it comes to save drinking water and sanitation. I start to picture the pregnant lady vividly in my mind; Was it a picture of us Liberian?

I recall that she wake up early in the morning in such of save drinking water, unforntunately was resure by some gallant police officers of the Liberian National Police(L.N.P) from a well, that she was aready drowning to J.F.K hospital to be treated by Dr.Mulbah and his team.

As the world celebrate World Water Day yesterday,i laid last night on my bed and starts to think about how we are vulnerable to the present water situation in Liberia.
For me the celebration of such a life gift substance is like a way of definding Liberia present at the U.N.D.P openly that nothing that she stand for( Save Drinking Water) is being done for her vulnerable citizen.

Again Sanitation is another nightmare that we Liberians are still finding it difficult to understand, especially when you think of Liberia present Administrators. To make you feel more secure for a day, made be you will be opporturne to drink a bottle of mineral water from over sea through a celebration like this.'World Water Day' with interesting theme,'Coping with Water Scarcity'.

Yesterday we were aware as citizens about the challenges facing the supply of Water and Sanitation in Liberia and the world at large.I hope national government can visualize what will happen in the next 2 to 3 years from now if we are still in this present dying need of water and sanitation condition in Liberia.

It will be life benefiting if we change our course of direction concerning the Water issue; And whole heartly put everything in to workable motion to revamp the water supply sector in Our belove COUNTRY.

Know this,WATER IS LIFE,SO SAVE IT AT ALL CAUSE!
