Former Assistant Justice Minister for Litigation Morris Kaba has rejected his appointment as county attorney for Rivercess.

Attorney Morris Kaba said he sees the appointment as a demotion.

He told reporters Professional people seek career advancement and not the foreclosure of their careers.

President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf transferred Attorney Kaba last month after the case involving the K and K Management and the Government.

Attorney Kaba, who presided over the case, ruled in favor of the K and K Management, something many people, saw as the reason for his transfer.

Over and over again Mr. Kaba has proven his incompetence; he's getting pay for doing absolutely nothing! Quite frankly, I will consider the transfer to Rivercess as a favor from the gov't, the man should have been fired outright.
