The Superintendent of the Monrovia Consolidated School System says the system has greatly improved.


Mrs. Hester Williams Ketter told Star Radio the MCSS has regained its integrity as evident by the increase in enrollment of students.
 

She said government is supporting the system.
 

Madam Ketter said her administration’s major focus is to promote academic excellence.
 

She spoke when the MCSS awarded three students for winning an essay competition.
