The authorities of Grand Bassa County have identified twenty-five acres of land for the construction of a college in the county.

Superintendent Julia Duncan-Cassell made the disclosure Friday, when she met with a Bassa youth caucus delegation in Buchanan.

The youth caucus had earlier asked the county authorities to use portion of the one million US Dollars Mittal Steel promised to construct a college in Grand Bassa.

Madam Duncan-Cassell said modalities are being worked out for Cuttington University to establish a branch in the County.

She said when this is achieved; it would enhance the learning capacity of youths in the county.
