Fire kills one in Sinkor; another in Bong

A fire incident in the Saye Town Community on 3^rd Street in Sinkor has left one person dead.

Our reporter who visited the scene said the body of thirty-two year old Emmanuel Johnson commonly known as Milton brunt beyond recognition.

Our reporter gathered that Milton was lying in one of the four rooms in a mat house in which a candle was lighted.

Our reporter also gathered that two tiger generators with unspecified amount of gasoline were kept in the house.

The fire consumed the mat house, three makeshift shops and a video club.

Meanwhile, a two-year old girl identified as Amanda Bannah has died in another fire incident in Bong County.

Hospital authorities said Amanda died of burns when fire gutted a three-bedroom house in the Gboveh Hill Community in Gbarnga.

The source of the Gbarnga fire has not been established but Police investigation continues.
