The President of the Federation of Liberian Youths says they would reform the institution’s constitution to adequately discuss the issue of youth in the country.

Mr. Joseph Sankaituah said they would also redefine youth structures throughout the country and give the youth a new focus.

According to him, FLY would organize county youth secretariats with the responsibility to coordinate youth activities in the counties.

Mr. Sankaituah said the new leadership would not be seen as agitators but as an institution to dialogue with government on issues of national concern.

He told Star Radio Liberian youths stand to benefit from the youths secretariats, which would serve as nucleus to youth activities in the country.

He said FLY was conscious about the present political transition of the state and hopes to contribute immensely to ensure that youth were well catered to.
