Vice President Joseph Boakai at the head of a four-member delegation has left the country for Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The Vice President is to represent President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf at the 10th Ordinary Session of the African UnionAfrican Union Heads of State Meeting.

The meeting of heads of state and government will open Thursday.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon and the Secretary General of the Arab League, Amir Moussa are expected to attend the session.
