A Montserrado lawmaker has expressed concern over reported delays by the Justice Ministry to release the autopsy report into the death of Meideh Togba.

Representative Alomiza Barr said unless the report into the girl’s death is released, justice is being delayed and denied.

Representative Barr chairs the Women Legislative Caucus of Liberia.

She also frowned at the Justice Ministry for allegedly failing to conduct autopsy into the death of two children.

According to her, the two children Alvin Jarba and Tedecce Doe died under mysterious circumstances in 2007.

Representative Barr said Alvin Jarba was allegedly kicked to death on Newport Street in Monrovia while Tedecce Doe was raped in the Borough of New Kru Town.
