Reports from Grand Bassa County say citizens of Edina have refused to participate in the on going National Census exercise.

The Edina citizens maintained they belong to District number one and not Buchanan City.

According to our correspondent, the citizens are contending that they would not allow the enumerators to count them when their names are placed under Buchanan City
