Civil Law Court
Judge Yusuf Kabba has identified several limitations affecting the smooth function of the judicial system in Lofa County.

According to Judge Kabbba, magistrates in some parts of the county are still operating their own detention cells contrary to law.

Judge Kabba however, told Star Radio Police stations which facilitate the judicial process were in short supply in Lofa.

He said judicial personnel and logistics are urgently needed to effectively address the growing legal issues in the county.

Cllr. Yusuf Kabba was the Assigned Judge of the 10th Judicial Circuit in Lofa County during the May term of court.

He was recalled at the close of the term to take over as Judge of the Civil Law Court at the Temple of Justice in Monrovia.
