Liberian ace Dulee Johnson is optimistic that AIK can top the Swedish Allsvenskan League despite two losses in a row.
Bottom placed Ljungskile beat AIK 2:1 on Monday night.
AIK suffered similar defeat at the hands of Helsingborg IF in her last league match.
These developments have pushed AIK further down the league table but the midfielder remains confident.
"Football is a game for both sides. You sometimes win and sometimes lose. We are still in the race," Johnson stated in a post-match interview.
The Liberian international was as usual strong in the midfield for AIK.
Dulee Johnson said his commitment to the club is still solid and would do all he could to take it to the top of the table.
The Liberian international asserted: "AIK is a strong side and could still climb to the top.
AIK is scheduled to come face to face with Ljungskile again on Monday, July 28.
