Liberian forward Aaron Paye has left the Minnesota Thunder after more than three seasons with the Midwest side.
Aaron Paye has been traded to the Atlanta Silverbacks for the rest of the season and could make the deal permanent at the end of the current USL season.
Thunder President Manny Lagos told the club’s website, the Liberian player has been great ambassador for the club over the years.
Lagos said he appreciates the great contribution Aaron Paye made to the success of the Thunder and wished the player success with the Atlanta Silverbacks.
The 27 year-old forward has played in 15 games for the Thunder this season, tallying one goal.
A key sub for the team in 2005, Paye scored seven goals and recorded two assists for the Thunder off the bench.
