The Superintendent of Rivercess County says by the year 2010 the county would be self sufficient in food production.

Superintendent Bob Zangar said since the back to the soil program was launched last June the citizens have made agriculture a priority in the county.

According to him, citizens of the various districts have engaged in communal and individual farming activities.

Superintendent Zangar said this is to ensure the success of the back to the soil program.

He observed Rivercess County is rich with vast fertile soil that is essential for agriculture purposes.

The Rivercess County Superintendent called on government to make available farming tools and other farming implements to farmers in the county.

He observed the availability of the materials would also ensure the success of the back to the soil program.

Superintendent Bob Zangar, assurance of Self sufficient in food productions by the year 2010 is good news for citizen of the county. As a citizen of the county
I found it as profound a progress by county administration in developing such program. Citizens of Rivercess county, residing in the United State will fully support any development project.
