The Civil Service Agency says it has formulated a Civil Service Reform Strategy Document for 2008-2011 and would be launched on Wednesday.

The spokesman of the agency said the document focuses on improving service delivery, human resources management, pay reform and restructuring.

Mr. Justin Lumeh told Star Radio the reform strategy document is to ensure the creation and operation of a small but effective government.

Mr. Lumeh said the current numerical strength of the Civil Service Agency stands at forty-one thousand, making government the largest employer in the country.
