Honesty Equal Development Written by C. V. Sisuse, on 2008-09-05 00:29:57 The importance for the progress of development and reconstruction in post war Liberia cannot be over emphasized, because 14 years of civil unrest has left the entire political, social, economic, and religious infrastructures in ruin. As the development ministers from Europe, Asia, and the United States lend their support to the daunting task of Liberia’s reconstruction process, Liberians from all walks of life needs to be committed in every way possible for positive improvement of the nation. Moreover, It is easy to tear down then to build up. Therefore, now is the time for Liberians to make wise choices to protect their very existence by engaging the reconstruction developmental program with all the skills and talents they have been blessed with. Lest we forget, honesty in the execution of civil servants duties is a pivotal role to the success of this all important venture. Please! This should not be business as usual. |
