Pres. Sirleaf in Accra for Aid Forum Print E-mail

President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf has left the country for Accra, Ghana for a one-day at the invitation of President John Kufuor.


An Executive Mansion statement said President Sirleaf to take part in a forum on aid effectiveness.
 

The three-day High-Level Forum which kicked off on Tuesday is the 3rd of its kind and the first to be held in a developing country.
 

It is being attended by more than one-thousand delegates, comprising ministers from one-hundred countries, heads of bilateral and multi-lateral and development agencies, as well as donor and civil society organizations.
