The UMC Human Rights Monitors would on Saturday hold a one-day awareness forum for community leaders in Gorlu, Lofa County.
The Program Director of the group said the awareness would focus on the danger of human trafficking.
Mr. Jefferson Natt said the Monitor observed over the years people have been taking children from the rural areas in the name of adoption.
Mr. Natt told Star Radio the intent of bringing the children usually changes as soon they reach the city.
He said the awareness would seek to educate the participants on the procedure of legal adoption.
The Methodist Rights Group said it would continue the exercise in Tubmanburg, Bomi County.
