The Youths of Doedain District in Morweh District, Rivercess County have begun the rehabilitation of bridges and side brushing of roads.

The youth chairman Aaron Garvlen said the project is being carried out on a self help initiative in collaboration with the District Development Committee.

Mr. Garvlen said the youths have constructed 15 bridges with local materials and side brushed the road leading to the border with Nimba County.

According to him, the project started three months ago after realizing the bad condition of the roads in the district.

Mr. Garvlen mentioned that due to the deplorable condition of the road, citizens and motorists were finding it difficult to travel freely.

Morweh District is situated in northwestern Rivercess County, bordering Grand Bassa and Nimba Counties.
