Two American-based companies have agreed to establish a 100-million United States dollars Finance Protocol in Liberia to promote investment in the country.
The two groups are the Robert Johnson Group of Companies and the United States Overseas Private Investment Corporation, OPIC.
Under the program, both groups will develop various projects including affordable housing, which will be financed on a project by project basis.
Representatives of the groups made the disclosure Tuesday during a meeting held with President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf.
