The Minister of Post has identified the restoration of public confidence in the postal sector as one of the key challenges confronting the ministry.


Minister Jeremiah Solunteh however, said the ministry is making frantic efforts to regain public trust.
 

He disclosed the ministry also constructed twenty-one post offices during this fiscal year and intends to continue.
 

The Postal and Telecommunications Minister spoke Thursday during the celebration of World Postal Day.
 

The day was commemorated under theme: A postal sector resolutely looking towards the future.
 

The Keynote speaker of the occasion, Vice President Joseph Boakai, pledged government’s commitment to a vibrant postal system of the country.
