Weah and others to attend soccer gathering Print E-mail

Former Lone Star Technical Director George Weah has been invited to attend the world soccer conference in South Africa.


Weah along with three local football club presidents will attend the conference that is expected to begin on November 23.



The conference is being organized by the World Soccer Rights Organization.


The conference will bring together presidents, managers, soccer promoters and agents from football clubs around the globe.



Others expected to represent Liberia at the conference are LISCR FC President Mustapha Raji, Watanga FC President Musa Bility and the representative of the World soccer Rights Organization in Liberia Andy Quamie.


The organizer and head of the organization, Paul Brighten extended the invitation to Liberian football clubs.


Mr. Brighten said all club presidents from around the world including high profile European clubs will attend the gathering.
